Autogenic Training is learned through a structured, step-by-step process guided by a qualified Autogenic Therapist. 

Taught 1:1 or small intimate groups over 10 weeks, you’ll be gently introduced to Schultz’s Six Standard Exercises—simple mental practices done sitting or lying down that retrain your body and mind to relax deeply and restore balance.

We begin with a personal application to understand your unique stress profile and confirm your place in the course.

Each session builds on the last, teaching you how to use the exercises on your own until they become second nature

Through daily practice, you learn to:
